Bequests
Remembering RUN DIPG in your Will
After providing for family and friends in their will, some choose to support a charity close to their heart. RUN DIPG would be honoured if you made this lasting decision.
By leaving such a generous gift, you will be supporting RUN DIPG in funding research into the most lethal of all childhood disease, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) also known as diffuse midline glioma (DMG).

How to leave a gift
- It is important to check with your solicitor that your Will is valid i.e. signed, dated, correctly witnessed and complies with the laws in your home state or territory.
- If you have an existing Will and would like to include a bequest to support our work you can easily add in a codicil, essentially a note, expressing your wish. Please note any codicil needs to be signed, dated, and correctly witnessed so it’s a good idea to check with your solicitor that it is correct and therefore legal.
- To ensure we receive your bequest, it is essential to include our correct details:
Name: RUN DIPG Ltd
ABN: 82 632 046 363
- It is also a good idea to let the executors, and your family or close friends know of your decision to choose RUN DIPG as a beneficiary in your Will. This is entirely your wish to support research into childhood brain cancer.
- If you wish to notify RUN DIPG so we can acknowledge your generosity, please email info@rundipg.org. We will respect any request to anonymity.
Options You May Choose:
- the residue or percentage of the Estate;
- a specific amount of money or assets;
- a life insurance or superannuation policy;
- an investment in perpetuity.
Guide to wording
We recommend that you contact your solicitor to outline your final wishes on the correct terms.
To ensure your gift is received by RUN DIPG, below is a guide to wording for your Will:

The above is provided as a general guide only to assist our generous potential supporters. It does not and is not intended to constitute legal or professional advice. We recommend you obtain advice on your Will from an appropriately qualified solicitor.
