RUN DIPG
June 19, 2020
From Tour de Cure:
“At this year’s Spring Lunch we heard from a most passionate and dedicated researcher, Dr Matt Dun.
Matt is a cancer researcher and university lecturer from Newcastle who devastatingly learnt in February last year that his 3 -year old daughter, Josie has DIPG.
DIPG, or Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma is a tumour located in the middle of the brain stem and is also the most lethal childhood cancer. You can listen to his heart-rending story here. Click on the video to hear his story, in his words.
Dr Matt Dun’s story is truly awe inspiring.
If you would like to help in his work to find a cure for this horrible disease, we’ve set up a special donation page on our website. 100% of all donations are tax deductible and will go to his vital work on DIPG.
If you are as inspired as we are by this remarkable man, please share this with your friends and family.
